Ingredients We Don't Use
We are careful with what we create, and just as careful with what we leave out.
We do not use parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, sulfates, petroleum byproducts, heavy metals, genetically modified ingredients, or ingredients treated with pesticides, substances often linked to irritation, hormone disruption, or long term harm. But we go further. Natural does not always mean safe. Some natural ingredients can clog pores, irritate the skin, or create more problems than they solve. That is why we also avoid titanium dioxide, certain preservatives, and anything that does not support the body’s balance.
Ethics matter too. We do not take claims of responsible sourcing at face value. If there is doubt, we leave it out. Our products are free of mica. When shimmer is needed, we use biodegradable, plant based alternatives, because beauty should never come at the cost of your health.
