At The Royal Family, we are committed to providing high-quality self-care products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:
• Opened or used skincare and beauty products (for hygiene reasons).
• Gift cards or promotional items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please see Section 4 below.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Email us at orders@theroyalfamily.ai with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2️⃣ Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
3️⃣ Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
📦 Return Shipping Costs:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
3. Refund Process
✅ Approved Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
🚨 Partial Refunds: We may offer partial refunds for items returned in non-original condition (e.g., damaged packaging, missing parts).
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We apologize for any issues with your order! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

2️⃣ Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
3️⃣ We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund based on your preference.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange for a different product, a separate return and new purchase are required.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
⏳ Cancellation Window:
• Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 or 24 hours after placing the order.
• After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed, as the order may already be processed or shipped.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1️⃣ Check your bank account (refunds may take a few days to process).
2️⃣ Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
3️⃣ Contact your bank (there may be a delay in posting the refund).
