1. Order Processing & Production Time
✔ Orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.
✔ Processing times may vary due to factors such as:
• Time of year (holiday seasons may cause delays)
• Product stock availability
• Order size or custom requests
🚨 Important Notes:
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) will begin processing the next business day.
• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations
🚚 We currently only ship within the domestic United States.
🚫 International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
✔ We exclusively use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments.
✔ A flat shipping rate of $10 applies per order.
✔ Free shipping is available for orders over $100.
4. Tracking Your Order
✔ Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
✔ You can track your package through the USPS website.
✔ If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us at orders@theroyalfamily.ai.
5. Shipping Delays & Issues

• Unexpected carrier delays (e.g., USPS backlog, weather conditions)
• High-demand periods (e.g., holiday seasons)
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages:
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
• If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS.
🚨 Damaged Packages:
• If your package arrives damaged, please email orders@theroyalfamily.ai within 48 hours with photos.
• We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
6. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
🚨 Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
✔ If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned:
• Customers are responsible for reshipping costs.
✔ If an order is returned due to being undeliverable, we will refund the product cost (excluding the $10 shipping fee).
